D&P Wordley have been appointed to a firm of developers to assist in the conversion of an existing commercial building into residentail premises.

Leveraging off the many years experience in commercial to residential conversions, D&PW have been appointed to a project in Calne which will result in the creation of a number of new residential dwellings on an existing brown-field commercial site.

David Wordley, director at D&PW comments:  "This is another challenging project in creating affordable, residential units from a brown-field, commercial unit but one which we have a huge amount of experience in."

D&PW have previously worked on a number of similar projects for the same developer, including the establishment of over 20 units in Trowbridge town centre as well as projects in the Midlands and other areas in the south west.
